Director, Business Development - Behavioral Health

Culinour® is seeking dynamic, highly motivated sales professionals to develop growth opportunities for foodservice management in the Behavioral Health sector, specifically residential treatment centers. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this role is responsible for identifying service solutions that align with client objectives to improve operational efficiencies and financial outcomes using a consultative approach.

Position: Director of Business Development

Geography: currently seeking East Coast, Midwest, Southwest

Responsibilities

  1. Establish a territory management plan that targets ideal client profiles.
  2. Cultivate new customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Stay informed of industry trends and advancements as a subject matter expert.
  4. Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data using CRM.
  6. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  8. Prepare annual sales plan to include forecasting, budgeting, and resource needs.
  9. Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales collateral to drive brand awareness.
  10. Participate in industry networking groups and/or events with clients and prospects.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. 7-10 years' experience working in or consultative sales to healthcare facilities.
  3. Ability to work independently.
  4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  5. Prior experience in a startup entrepreneurial environment is beneficial.
  6. Takes initiative and is a self-starter with a hunter mentality.
  7. Understand financial statements, proformas and budget development processes.
  8. Professional image and brand ambassadorship
  9. Adept at Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HubSpot
  10. Wants to enjoy the work, have fun with colleagues, and be proud of the company.
