Frasca is a neighborhood pizzeria and wine bar with classic cocktails and a great wine list. We are located in Roscoe Village, just steps from the Paulina Brown Line.
We're gearing up for patio season and currently offering part-time hours with the opportunity to grow into full time as patio season and weather stabilizes!
At Frasca, we're looking for self-motivated servers who excel at delivering warm, genuine hospitality while maintaining the constantly shifting landscape of needs that comes with a high-volume, long-standing, neighborhood spot. A strong background in serving is preferred. This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment where clear communication and teamwork are essential to our shared success. We believe great service is a team effort, and we’re looking for people who lift each other up, stay solutions-oriented under pressure, and contribute to a positive, professional culture. Bartending experience not required but is a plus! A day in the life at Frasca looks like:-- 3:30/5:00-9/10pm Monday-Sundays for dinner service
-- 9:15/10a-2/3p on Saturdays and Sundays for our brunch service
