Full-Time | Salary: $65,000–$70,000

Key responsibilities: Lead, train, and inspire FOH staff; uphold high service and hospitality standards; manage daily operations, scheduling, and floor supervision; ensure compliance with health and liquor regulations; optimize inventory and control labor costs; and handle guest concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications: At least 3 years’ restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast casual or quick service restaurant or bar; expertise in hospitality best practices, guest relations, and staff development; strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; and proficiency with restaurant software.
