New graduates are encouraged to apply with structured onboarding and mentorship to support a successful transition into acute care. Responsibilities:Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training Support early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning Educate patients and families on treatment and safety Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. 2. Current state Physical Therapy license. 3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
