Position Overview

International is hiring Material Handlers to join our Midwest Parts Distribution Center in Joliet, IL. This is a temporary position starting in May and will go through September.

This position is responsible for ensuring the correct parts are shipped to get our customers' trucks and busses back on the road.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Starting Pay: $22.50 Per Hour

In this role, you will be receiving, binning, picking, packing and shipping customer orders in a safe, productive, and error free manner. Operate various equipment at high altitudes including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Dock Trucks and Sit-Down Forklifts.

This position requires you to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and includes climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, walking and standing for long periods of time. All employees must wear safety shoes and approved eye protection.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status).

• Must wear safety shoes and approve eye protection

• Operate an electric stock chaser with training

This position offers competitive hourly pay along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee wellbeing. Starting Pay: $22.50 Per Hour.
