- Position Type: Permanent, Direct Hire
- Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts
- Hours per Week: 36
- Salary Range: $51.86 - $75.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2030 - $2300 per week
- Start Date: September 15, 2025
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
- Minimum 3 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
- At least 2 years of clinical leadership experience preferred
- Experience with all surgical case types in a major surgery setting
- CNOR certification preferred
- Lead and manage the 24-hour operation of perioperative clinical areas
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement patient care services to achieve departmental and business goals
- Oversee financial, capital, and human resources for quality and productivity
- Coordinate and implement policies and procedures for consistent surgical operations
- Promote quality-driven, cost-effective resource utilization in perioperative nursing
