Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide short-term support for high-priority initiatives, including merger and acquisition–related projects. This role will assist with coordinating timelines, documentation, and cross-functional communication while ensuring projects stay on track. This is a fully remote, temporary opportunity with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate communication and reporting across executive leadership and internal teams
• Support due diligence activities by organizing documentation and tracking action items
• Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues as needed
• Help manage post-integration activities, including process alignment and documentation
• Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and maintain organization

Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting project coordination or project management initiatives
• Exposure to M&A, integration, or cross-functional projects preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with project management software (Monday.com experience is a plus)
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

• 90-day contract with potential to extend based on business needs
