Production Assembler

**Production Assembler - Elgin, IL** **1st Shift 6am-2:30pm** **$18/hr** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team on the production floor, where you will play a vital role in assembling wire harnesses and cable assemblies. You will be involved in small piece assembly, attaching electronic components onto plastic pieces, and reading work orders and production drawings to assemble products. This position requires both independent work and collaboration with a team. **Responsibilities** + Assemble wire harness and cable assemblies. + Attach electronic components onto plastic pieces during small piece assembly. + Read work orders and follow production drawings to accurately assemble products. + Position and align parts with precision. + Complete other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in kitting, cable assembly, and crimping. + Proficiency in production assembly and soldering. + Ability to read blueprints and perform electrical assembly. + Skill in using power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in electronic assembly is a plus. **Why Work Here?** As a third-generation, family-owned company with over 75 years of history, we are dedicated to creating value and shaping the future with our innovative technologies.
