Front Desk Receptionist

Description A client of ours is looking to hire a corporate Front Desk Receptionist, where you will play a key role in providing the first impression for our office. We are seeking an energetic, service-oriented professional who excels at helping visitors and employees feel welcome and supported. Key Responsibilities: + Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure. + Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly. + Manage visitor logs, distribute access badges, and oversee front desk security protocols. + Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. + Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. + Support scheduling for conference rooms and office events as needed. + Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and supply inventory. Requirements Requirements: + Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Professional appearance and demeanor. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office and phone systems.
