Job Title: Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant

Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday with varying shifts (primarily 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

The Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant supports day-to-day front office operations within a behavioral health setting. This role involves interacting with clients, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining accurate documentation while helping ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.

• Greet clients and create a positive, professional first impression
• Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling, changes, and confirmations
• Make outbound calls to clients regarding upcoming visits and follow-ups
• Maintain and update client records in electronic systems
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed

• Bilingual (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic proficiency with office technology, including email and digital file systems
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a clinical setting is preferred but not required

• Business casual dress code (professional attire; sneakers permitted)
• Local travel between sites may be required; reliable transportation is necessary
• Training provided, including onboarding related to behavioral health services
