The Alinea Group is seeking talented hospitality professionals to join an upcoming restaurant residency debuting in Summer 2026.

Running from late July through November 2026, this residency will offer guests an early look at an original dining concept from The Alinea Group. Team members will have the unique opportunity to help bring the concept to life from the very beginning, contributing to a distinctive guest experience in a dynamic environment.

We are hiring for a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house positions. If you are inspired by innovation, passionate about hospitality, and committed to excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Open Call Hiring Event

• Date: Wednesday, July 1, 2026

• Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Location: 816 W Armitage, Chicago, IL 60614

This will be a walk-in hiring event . Candidates will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the day.

To help manage attendance & ease of check-in, interested candidates are encouraged to submit an application in advance. Qualified applicants may be contacted for a virtual interview prior to the event.

Positions May Include:

• FOH:

  • Food Runner

  • Server (back and front server)

  • Bartender

  • Host

  • Captain

• BOH/Culinary:

  • Commis Chef (prep cook)

  • Chef de Partie (line cook)

  • Sous Chef

• Support Staff:

  • Dishwasher

  • BOH Porter

  • Housekeeper

• Additional hospitality and culinary positions

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates who are passionate about hospitality, committed to excellence, and excited to be part of a unique dining experience. Previous restaurant experience is required for all roles, though requirements vary by position.
