The ideal candidate will be a professional who possesses a passion for event planning and execution, with a track record of delivering successful events that exceed client expectations. As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and implementation, from initial concept through to post-event evaluation. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive event plans that align with client objectives.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment.
• Manage event budgets and ensure all costs are tracked and reported accurately.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage relationships throughout the planning process.
• Promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
• On-site event management, including supervising staff, ensuring timelines are adhered to, and addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or management with a portfolio of successful events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
