Site Leader

Tommy’s Express is looking for a Site Manager to lead and manage our Lombard, IL location. We’re seeking an experienced manager to help deliver a great car washing experience for our guests. This position includes the following responsibilities; daily operations, hiring and team development (must maintain a strong teamwork environment), wash maintenance, and facility appearance, wash quality, and site performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a great customer experience and the highest quality wash for all guests.
• Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations following the company’s vision, principles, values and policies – lead by example.
• Hire and develop a strong team with a focus on great customer experience and employee satisfaction.
• Direct sales efforts to accomplish revenue goals.
• Manage wash optimization for efficiency and wash quality.
• Maintain a best-in-class carwash facility.
• Promote and manage a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for operations, human resources, preventative maintenance, and inventory; collect and enter information in the company computer system.
• Establish relationships with community partners.
• Perform additional operations, maintenance, and carwash duties as requested.
• Attend and lead team meetings. Effectively communicate with managers and team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least two years of successful management experience in food service, retail, automotive, or other customer service-driven industries. Carwash experience preferred, but not required.
• Desire to work with people to inspire team member development, grow wash club memberships, and solve problems.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask by prioritizing work tasks and goals.
• Ability to quickly learn technology systems including a point-of-sale system and a variety of applications on Apple and PC devices.
• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment with the mechanical ability to direct and maintain the wash systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to abide by our uniform appearance standards and consent to a background check.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based upon project and training requirements.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Salary:

• From $60,000
• Bonus compensation in addition to base salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
