Cut 158 Chophouse is a premier steakhouse in downtown Joliet, offering an elevated dining experience rooted in precision, hospitality, and attention to detail. Our bar program is an extension of that experience: refined, intentional, and guest-focused.

We are seeking a professional, polished bartender who understands the standards of fine dining service and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Position Overview
As a bartender at Cut 158, you are more than a mixologist, you are a key part of the guest’s overall experience. From crafting cocktails to guiding guests through wine and spirit selections, you will bring both skill and sophistication to every interaction.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails with precision and consistency
Provide attentive, elevated service to bar guests and support service bar for dining room
Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail composition
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Engage with guests in a professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming manner
Follow all alcohol service laws and restaurant policies
Collaborate with management and culinary team to ensure seamless service
Qualifications

3+ years bartending experience (fine dining or upscale environment strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, whiskey, wine, and spirits
Ability to work in a high-volume, detail-oriented setting
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong communication and guest engagement skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Availability for evenings, weekends
