Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager IV to lead and manage complex, multi-million-dollar projects with a team of over 100 resources. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects. This role will primarily be remote, with occasional in-office working sessions in Chicago.

Responsibilities:

• Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Conduct technological research to align with organizational goals and user needs.
• Coordinate resources and timetables to complete projects efficiently.
• Conduct system audits to verify application results and ensure quality.
• Implement disaster recovery, back-up procedures, and information security measures.
• Evaluate organizational outcomes, identify problems, and recommend IT strategies and policies.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecast requirements, and analyze variances.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by staying updated on industry practices.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with significant budgets and resources.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations for senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferred certifications: PMP and Agile Certification.

Pay Range: $75- $80
