Position Overview
The Sales Project Manager will oversee and manage sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all customer requirements are met while driving sales growth. This role involves collaborating with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to project completion.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee estimating processes for commercial flooring projects, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during the sales process.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the commercial flooring industry.
- Strong knowledge of estimating practices and methodologies for flooring projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
