Production Equipment Setup Technician
Interactive Question-Based Job Description: Are You Our Next Equipment Setup Master?
Are you ready to:
- Implement minor and major changeovers on the production floor with Lyle Thermoforming and OMG equipment?
- Manage the loading and removing of mold inserts both offline and online?
- Document changeover events with precision and coordinate with Quality and Supervision for seamless production line releases?
- Engage in basic extrusion operator tasks to solve inline changeover issues?
- Repair molds and trim tools to guarantee uninterrupted production flow?
- Conduct general maintenance on thermoforming and labeling automation equipment?
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for swift production line recovery?
- Execute initial set-ups and establish high-quality first-run parts?
- Continue to monitor the manufacturing process and address any shortfalls in OEE targets?
- Log your work, labor hours, and parts usage in the CMMS system?
- Maintain daily housekeeping?
- Demonstrate independence and initiative in your tasks?
- Pick up additional duties as assigned?
