Recruiter (Country Club Hills)
BILINGUAL ON-SITE SUPERVISOR
2nd Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-2:30am
*Overtime available during peak season (now), then hours will change to 3:30pm-12:30am, M-F
Pay Range: $29/hr (Overtime=$43.50/hr) + benefits ( Plans offered : 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/accidental/life insurance, PTO)

What You’ll Do:
- Manage all employees actively working onsite
- Partner with managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientations
- Support employees and act as the onsite point of contact
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous supervisor, onsite management experience or team lead (warehouse or light industrial preferred)
- Strong people skills – you enjoy building connections
- Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently onsite
