Role Snapshot

• Own preventive maintenance activities: conduct visual inspections, check fluids, lubricate and clean parts, tighten/adjust assemblies, swap components, and calibrate sensors/gauges.
• Inspect and function-test equipment; detect issues by observation and sound; collaborate with operators to validate performance.
• Disassemble and assess parts; install new or repaired components to restore equipment.
• Install/maintain piping along with hydraulic and pneumatic systems; repair or replace gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus (e.g., transformers, wiring) in accordance with standards.
• Care for the plant’s physical structures; perform facility repairs as needed.
• Install machinery, platforms, and guarding to specifications.
• Collaborate with senior technicians for complex tasks; provide support to junior team members.
• Champion safety and follow all operating procedures.

Schedule

6:00 pm – 6:00 am on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years in maintenance or a related field.
• Proven preventive maintenance and inspection capability.
• Hands-on skill diagnosing, testing, dismantling, and repairing mechanical/electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical equipment.
• Ability to interpret diagrams, layouts, and technical instructions.
• Recognize malfunctions, communicate assessments, and recommend fixes.
• Experience installing and maintaining machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Team-oriented, safety-driven, and attentive to cleanliness and compliance.
