Bill's Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Inc. is a leading provider of landscaping and lawn maintenance services in the Frankfort area. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Landscaping Enhancement Crew Leader. This is a full-time position, with a starting salary of $18.00-$22.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the landscaping enhancement crew in a variety of landscaping tasks, such as planting trees and shrubs, installing sod, and building retaining walls.
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools, such as shovels, wheelbarrows, and power saws.
• Assign tasks to crew members and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are followed, including wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with the crew and the supervisor to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable and responsible, with good time management and leadership skills.
• A driver's license is a plus, but not required.
