HR HRIS Specialist- Workday
- System Maintenance & Support: Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Troubleshoot user issues, provide technical support, and serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related questions.
- Data Integrity: Regularly audit the HRIS database to identify and correct data entry errors, inconsistencies, and duplications. Ensure data integrity by enforcing data governance standards and protocols.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate, compile, and distribute regular and ad hoc HR reports for management and regulatory compliance. Analyze HR data for trends, patterns, and insights to support HR initiatives.
- Security & Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Ensure that security protocols are followed and assist with controlling system access permissions.
Education: Associate's Degree: Related Field, Work Experience: Experience

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $31.57per hour - $54.3per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
