HR HRIS Specialist- Workday

Overview: The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist plays a critical role in the Human Resources (HR) department by supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s HR systems and data integrity. The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing a variety of HRIS processes, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining daily operational tasks to support HR strategies and decision-making. Working closely with HR leadership, IT, and other business stakeholders, the HRIS Specialist ensures the smooth operation of HR technology. Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance & Support: Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Troubleshoot user issues, provide technical support, and serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related questions.
• Data Integrity: Regularly audit the HRIS database to identify and correct data entry errors, inconsistencies, and duplications. Ensure data integrity by enforcing data governance standards and protocols.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate, compile, and distribute regular and ad hoc HR reports for management and regulatory compliance. Analyze HR data for trends, patterns, and insights to support HR initiatives.
• Security & Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Ensure that security protocols are followed and assist with controlling system access permissions.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $31.57per hour - $54.3per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
