If you’re driven to eliminate chronic downtime—not just react to it—this is your role. As a Reliability Engineer , you’ll be a change agent on the factory floor, helping move the operation from reactive maintenance to stable, predictable, high-performing assets using TPM and reliability best practices.
This isn’t about fixing today’s breakdown. It’s about removing tomorrow’s failures .

What You’ll Own
Lead reliability and maintenance strategies that reduce variation, downtime, and losses
Drive TPM, RCM, and continuous improvement across equipment, utilities, and processes
Analyze asset data and trends to eliminate repeat failures and improve OEE
Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Quality to build a zero-loss mindset
Coach teams on root cause analysis, reliability tools, and proactive maintenance
Strengthen PM/PdM strategies, job planning, spare parts strategy, and CMMS usage (SAP)
What Makes You a Fit
Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, or similar)
5+ years in manufacturing reliability, maintenance, or engineering
Hands-on experience with TPM, CMMS, RCA, and continuous improvement
Strong data instincts—you ask why , not just what broke
Comfortable influencing across the floor, not hiding behind a desk

Competitive compensation, bonus potential, full benefits. Base salary range is $90,000 – $115,000 with a 10% bonus. In addition they offer medical, dental and vision coverage as well as others
