1st Shift Manufacturing & Warehouse Positions
Machine Operator | Material Handler | Forklift Operator (Reach Truck)
Our clients in Cary, Crystal Lake, Richmond, and McHenry, IL are seeking dependable candidates for 1st shift manufacturing and warehouse roles . These positions support daily production and distribution operations through machine operation, material movement, quality checks, and safe workplace practices.
Hours & Pay
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift
Typical Hours: Between 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (varies by position)
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on role and experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production or packaging machines
- Load materials into machines or production areas
- Perform routine quality inspections and basic measurements
- Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
- Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and reach trucks (as assigned)
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production or shipment
- Complete production, inventory, and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs , depending on position
- Basic math and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and safety awareness
- Forklift and/or reach truck experience or certification preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
