Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.

About our local organization: You'll be joining our Aurora Software and Electronics/Payloads Department which has ~200 Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Systems Administrators, Database Administrators, Network Engineers, and Engineering Leaders from entry-level to the most senior chief engineers and architects to Product Owners and Scrum Masters. In Aurora, most staff collaborate in shared workspaces with individual cubicle-like setups in an uncleared office environment. Once fully program-cleared, employees gain access to a high-side integration, testing, and deployment lab. The Starfleet program prides itself on a culture that is agile, fast-paced, and high-performing. We foster a collaborative environment that values proactivity, innovation, and the adoption of emerging technologies and tools. Our team welcomes new ideas that enhance our productivity, ensure higher-quality deliverables, and continuously strengthen our mission impact.
