• Licensed Illinois Real Estate Agent – Minimum of 1 year active license.
• 3+ Closed Buyer Transactions in the Past 12 Months.
• Full-Time Commitment – Real estate is your primary focus.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Goal-driven with a mindset for growth and success.
• Organized, self-motivated, and ready to take action.
