Recruitment Specialist

Our client has a short term full time need for a recruiting and auditing project. This opportunity is approximately 6 weeks in length and starts asap. Spanish language skills are a plus but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with job seekers for staffing a youth work program
- Experience working in a non-profit atmosphere a plus
- Experience interviewing/screening candidates for employment
- Auditing HR files
- This is Monday- Friday on-site- you will travel to near-by locations
Requirements
1+ years of experience in interviewing/screening candidates/applicants
Spanish speaking skills are a strong plus
HR experience
Experience working with youth job candidates
