Job Title: Control Room Operator (2 Openings)
Location: Niles, IL
Pay Rate: Up to $17.50/hr
Duration: 1 Year Contract (OT possible)

Job Summary:
This role involves operating machinery, assisting with production processes, and ensuring accurate data entry and packaging.

Responsibilities:
• Operate basic pouch-making machinery
• Enter and track production data accurately
• Prepare and seal shipping cartons
• Assist with roll stock changes and job setup
• Support line clearance and general production activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Ability to stand for 6–8 hours daily
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Basic math skills
• Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to visually identify colors and small particles

Education:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
