LEAD VETERINARIAN — REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
• Active state veterinary license and DEA license
• 6+ years of small animal experience , including leadership or mentorship responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach, develop, and engage a team of veterinarians
• Professional, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset

LEAD VETERINARIAN — DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-quality medical care and exceptional client experiences
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions across small animal GP
• Perform routine surgeries and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate digital medical records
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team
• Champion a culture of hospitality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
