What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Support the Site Manager in running smooth, efficient daily operations.
- Lead by example on the floor—bringing energy, professionalism, and urgency.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to hit sales and membership goals.
- Deliver top-tier customer service and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and performance.
- Help build a positive, accountable, and team-driven culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience ( required ).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to drive team performance.
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
