Robinson Rehab & Nursing is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurses LPN to fill full-time , part-time or PRN role at our skilled nursing facility. Each Licensed Practical Nurse LPN team member supports the individual needs of the elders in our care. Through strong personal relationships and knowledgeable decision-making at the facility, we pride ourselves on obtaining an extraordinary nursing staff for our residents.

** hourly rate advertised will vary based on years of experience, and benefits package chosen.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care.
• Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
• Administer medications and IV's as prescribed, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
