Job Title: Returns Clerk

Pay Rate: $20/hr.

Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

The Returns Clerk is responsible for processing customer returns, coordinating repairs and credits with vendors, and supporting shipping and warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work across office and warehouse environments while maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect items returned from customers to verify condition, damage, or missing components
• Report damages, discrepancies, and issues through Outlook
• Process returns in the computer system and generate required reports
• Create and process Purchase Orders for repair items
• Box and ship items to vendors for repair or credit
• Receive completed repairs from vendors and ensure accuracy
• Package repaired items and ship them back to customers
• Track, follow up, and resolve open and expired RMAs
• Ship Amazon wheelchair orders and eBay parts orders
• Assist with preparing products for Amazon replenishment
• Provide backup support for shipping at a second shipping station during peak times
• Serve as backup for scheduling LTL shipments, including creating BOLs, pallet labels, and related documentation
• Cross-train and support other warehouse functions as needed, such as picking, packing, and packaging products for stock

Experience & Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a structured and efficient manner
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Returns processing experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Demands:

• Work performed in both office and warehouse environments
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs (team lift required)
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for up to 8 hours per day

Technical Skills:

• Strong computer and typing skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
