We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our small team in Elk Grove Village. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, experience with QuickBooks, and a passion for maintaining precise financial records.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations using QuickBooks, as well as some administrative tasks
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger accounting to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Conduct account analysis and general ledger reconciliation to maintain clean financial records
- In office once/week
