MAHLER PRIVATE STAFFING DIVISIONS: Here is a brief overview of the departments we are looking to expand in the coming year: Residential Projects Division Residential Search Division Family Office Search Division Marketing/Sales/Business Development QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTER SKETCH: Ability to work in one of the following in-office locations: Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Chicago, Illinois Palm Beach, Florida Beverly Hills, California Remote availability dependent on role and candidate 4-year degree or equivalent is required Ideal candidates will: Have 5-7 years' experience in recruiting, family offices, estate management, or luxury hotels Possess a high level of discretion Be technologically savvy; proficient with MS Office Suite ATS and/or CRM experience preferred Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to write and edit at an advanced level Be detail-oriented, highly organized, with a high EQ, and efficient Have a polished and professional phone demeanor; be comfortable making outbound calls Be highly adaptive; able to "roll with changes" in a fast-paced environment Possess professional curiosity the desire to dig deep to resolve questions COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Full-time, generally Monday through Friday, standard business hours. Flexibility required depending on workload and time zones. Occasional evening and/or weekend hours may be required. Competitive compensation and incentive plans offered.
