Septic Service Technician (Apprenticeship Opportunity)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Septic Service Technician to join our team through an apprenticeship program. This is a unique opportunity to train directly under an industry professional with over 40 years of experience. You’ll gain hands-on knowledge in septic systems and wastewater treatment while developing valuable technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with septic system inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Learn proper pumping, cleaning, and servicing techniques
- Support troubleshooting of septic and wastewater systems
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
Qualifications:
- CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) preferred
- Willingness to obtain CDL required (training assistance may be available)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently after completing training
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a skilled trade
- Good problem-solving skills and work ethic
- Septic system and/or Clearstream Wastewater System knowledge preferred, but not required
