Contract: 8 Weeks (03/16/2026 – 05/09/2026)
Schedule: 8AM–5PM, M–F (Every 3rd Weekend)
Mileage Reimbursement Provided
40 Hours Guaranteed

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform home visits and patient assessments

• Administer IV therapy

• Wound care and cardiac monitoring

• Coordinate care plans

• Maintain accurate documentation

Preferred

• IV Therapy, ER, Oncology experience

• Wound or Cardiac Certification

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN License

• BLS Certification

• At least 1 year acute care experience (within last 3 years)

• Home health experience preferred

• No local candidates within 50 miles
