Book Processing Quality Assurance Clerk (BPQA)

This position is a full-time non-exempt role in our warehouse located in McHenry, IL. The pay for this position is $17.25 per hour. Responsibilities:

• Review tote list for customer requested titles, count and/or processing specifications.
• Inspect each book for dirt, damage, or defects. Complete Error Report form for any errors found.
• Determine whether books are processed according to customer’s instructions and established quality standards. Complete Error Report form for any errors found.
• Re-inspect any books reworked by Processors for quality and accuracy.

• Attention to detail
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills
• Ability to stand for full shift of 8 hours (longer if working Overtime)
• Lift up to 50lbs with or without assistance
