B2B Account Executive (Remote)
Job Overview
The B2B Account Executive is a high-impact, outbound sales role responsible for generating new commercial business for Bob’s Business-to-Business division. This position focuses on building pipelines, developing new client relationships, and driving first-time orders across priority industries such as social services, assisted living, corporate housing, and nonprofit organizations.
This is a true hunter role requiring disciplined prospecting, cold outreach across multiple channels, and structured lead management. Success is driven by consistent activity, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to convert new clients into repeat customers before transitioning accounts to Customer Success.

- Outbound Sales & Prospecting
Execute high-volume outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other channels to generate new business. - Pipeline Development & Management
Build and manage a robust top-of-funnel pipeline through disciplined outreach cadences and follow-up strategies. - Full-Cycle New Business Development
Own the end-to-end sales process including discovery, needs assessment, quoting, order coordination, and post-delivery follow-up. - CRM & Sales Discipline
Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation of all activities, opportunities, and pipeline stages to support forecasting and reporting. - Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Identify decision-makers, tailor solutions to customer needs, and establish trust that drives first-time and repeat orders.
Preferred Competencies & Skills
- Experience working in high-activity, outbound or cold-outreach sales environments
- Ability to follow structured sales cadences and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Comfort working independently with accountability to performance metrics
- Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual sales tools
- Experience selling to social service agencies, nonprofit organizations, or similar verticals (preferred)
- Knowledge of furniture or related industries (a plus)

Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in outbound B2B sales or business development
- Proven ability to generate pipelines and close new business
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:
$60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus Opportunity!
