Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license and have a strong commitment to client satisfaction. This role supports clients and producers by handling policy servicing, maintaining account relationships, and ensuring accurate, timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and certificates of insurance.
• Assist clients with billing questions, coverage inquiries, claims reporting, and general account servicing.
• Review client accounts for accuracy, renewal details, required documents, and coverage needs.
• Document all client interactions and maintain organized, accurate account files.
• Work collaboratively with producers and carriers to resolve issues and support agency operations.
• Deliver clear explanations of insurance coverages, options, and policy changes within licensing guidelines.
• Follow agency workflows and maintain compliance with state regulations and carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).
• Experience in an insurance agency or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., Applied, EZLynx, HawkSoft, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
