Demolition Estimator
I am seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Demolition Estimator. This role is critical in evaluating project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting our bidding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demolition or construction estimating and a keen understanding of project scopes, materials, labor, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and potential challenges.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns including labor, equipment, materials, permits, and disposal.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and budget.
- Track and manage bid submissions and follow up on awarded projects.
- Stay current with industry trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop comprehensive demolition estimates.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in demolition or construction estimating.
- Strong knowledge of demolition methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
