Sparkle Express Car Wash is looking for a Shift Supervisor to help lead daily operations, support team members, and deliver excellent customer service.

What You'll Do
As Shift Supervisor, you'll help keep the site running smoothly while supporting both the team and customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading daily operations during your shift.
- Supervising and coaching team members.
- Maintaining cleanliness and operational standards.
- Handling customer questions or concerns professionally.
- Completing opening or closing procedures.
- Supporting training and development of new employees.
- Promoting Unlimited Wash Club memberships to help drive sales.
What We're Looking For:
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous Shift Lead, Team Lead, or Key Holder experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A focus on customer service and team support.
Pay & Benefits:
- $16.00 - $17.50 per hour.
