As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the financial institution.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents, documenting details as required by Allied Universal and the site policies.
+ Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and/or clients, providing assistance and information as needed.
+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required, following established protocols.
+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to those on site.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience is required.
+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
