Summary
Reporting to the Director of the School of Leadership, Ecology and Equity, the incumbent is responsible for the development, promotion and administration of the professional development programs and outreach activities of the Providence Institute for Transformative Leadership (hereinafter the Institute), an entity of the Providence School of Transformative Leadership and Spirituality (hereinafter the School). In collaboration with school faculty and other stakeholders, the Administrator organizes the delivery of programs, seminars, short courses, workshops, institutes and conferences on and off campus. In collaboration with the school director or his delegate, he coordinates the needs analysis, partnership development, budgeting, marketing, logistical coordination, fiscal analysis and strategic planning.
Main functions:
- Contribute to the development of new programs and the development of strategic partnerships.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships to ensure programs are aligned with community needs.
- Ensure the visibility and promotion of the programs through different communication channels.
- Ensures the administrative coordination of the Institute's professional development programs.
- Participate in the development and implementation of processes and tools to support strategic objectives.
- Monitors the Institute's budget and makes recommendations to improve its effectiveness.
- Recruit and supervise internal and external instructors and collaborators.
- Ensure the integration, orientation and remuneration of contributors to the programmes.
- Manage service contracts and write the necessary role descriptions.
- Maintain and update e-learning platforms, while supporting users.
- Manage enrollment and onboarding of participants to all programs.
- Coordinate the logistics of face-to-face programs according to available resources.
- Design, implement and analyze systematic evaluations of each program.
- Manage internal and external program communications.
- Participate in forums and activities to act as a liaison between the Institute and the School.
- Support outreach activities and practice-oriented learning projects with professors.
Education, knowledge, experience and essential qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, administration, management or a related field plus 2-3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience in the development and/or implementation of programs involving community or professional organizations, preferably of an educational nature.
- Experience in marketing, communications and promotion, particularly using digital platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Availability and flexibility to respond to emergencies.
- Ability to manage multiple files independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and make decisions with tact and confidence.
- Sense of creativity and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills to convert business requirements into functional specifications.

- Very good knowledge of various computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), Internet, Adobe Acrobat, teleconferencing software (Zoom), CMS (Content Management System), LMS (Learning Management System).
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).

Résumé des fonctions
Relevant du directeur de l’École de leadership, écologie et équité, le titulaire est responsable du développement, de la promotion et de l'administration des programmes de perfectionnement professionnel et des activités de sensibilisation de l'Institut Providence de leadership transformatif (ci-après l'Institut), une entité de l’École de leadership, écologie et équité (ci-après l'École). En collaboration avec les professeurs de l'école et d'autres intervenants, l'administrateur organise la prestation de programmes, de séminaires, de cours de courte durée, d'ateliers, d'instituts et de conférences sur le campus et à l'extérieur. En collaboration avec le directeur de l'école ou son délégué, il coordonne l'analyse des besoins, le développement de partenariats, la budgétisation, le marketing, la coordination logistique, l'analyse fiscale et la planification stratégique.
Principales fonctions :
- Contribuer au développement de nouveaux programmes de perfectionnement professionnel en collaboration avec les professeurs de l’École et d’autres intervenants.
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de partenariats stratégiques afin d’ancrer les programmes dans les besoins des communautés.
- Assurer la visibilité et la promotion des programmes via différents canaux de communication, y compris hors des canaux usuels de l’École.
- Assurer la coordination administrative des programmes de l’Institut.
- Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de processus et d’outils pour soutenir les objectifs stratégiques.
- Surveiller le budget de l’Institut et formuler des recommandations pour améliorer son efficacité.
- Recruter et superviser les instructeurs et collaborateurs internes et externes.
- Assurer l’intégration, l’orientation et la rémunération des contributeurs aux programmes.
- Gérer les contrats de service et rédiger les descriptions de rôle nécessaires.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les plateformes d’apprentissage en ligne, tout en soutenant les utilisateurs.
