(Korean bilingual) Office Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Office Administrator (English/Korean) to manage office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative support functions. This role will oversee facility maintenance, coordinate with landlords and service providers, and assist with licenses, permits, and expense management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, utilities) to ensure timely and reliable services.
- Manage employee ID badges, office access, and security processes.
- Oversee the corporate apartment lease program, coordinating with landlords and property managers to address concerns and resolve lease issues.
- Assist with applications for required licenses and permits related to business and warehouse operations.
- Record, track, and process office expenses.
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment .
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean required.
