Pay: $70,000–$100,000 base + commission (negotiable based on experience and/or existing book)

About the Role
We are seeking a client-focused Financial Advisor to serve customers in Griggsville, IL. This role is ideal for a proven producer who wants the backing of a community-focused financial institution with strong advisory support.
Your work will focus on building and maintaining lasting client relationships and guiding clients in making informed, goal-based financial decisions.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Prospect and generate new business through multiple channels
- Develop fee-based and commission business using:
- The bank’s customer base
- Your professional network
- Community engagement
- Create and follow a strategic business plan
- Communicate clearly with clients from a wide range of backgrounds
