We’re Hiring: Real Estate Agent Recruiter (GoHighLevel Required)
We’re looking for someone who **loves talking to people, isn’t afraid of cold calls**, and knows how to stay organized using **GoHighLevel CRM**.
This role is all about **calling real estate agents, consistently following up, and managing conversations in GoHighLevel**. If you don’t have GoHighLevel experience, this role won’t be a good fit.
### **What You’ll Be Doing**
* Cold calling licensed real estate agents
* Following up via calls, texts, and emails
* Managing leads, pipelines, notes, and tasks in **GoHighLevel**
* Booking appointments and keeping the pipeline moving
* Staying on top of follow-ups (this is key!)
### **What We’re Looking For**
* **Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM (required)**
* Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
* Strong communication and follow-up skills
* Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
* Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
