As a growing practice, were expanding our team and seeking a seasoned, talented, and motivated General, Minimally Invasive, and/or Colorectal Surgeon to join us. This is a full-time opportunity, ideal for someone with prior clinical experience, a passion for patient care, and a desire to grow their practice in both an urban and suburban setting.

Position Overview
As a surgeon at our practice, you will perform a range of procedures, including advanced laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries. Experienced surgeons with advanced laparoscopic skills are preferred, but we welcome applicants with varied experience. Our focus is on providing high-quality care through minimally invasive techniques, but you will also have the opportunity to perform traditional general and colorectal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general, endoscopic, and/or colorectal surgeries, with an emphasis on minimally invasive techniques
- Collaborate closely with our surgical and clinical teams to provide exceptional patient care
- Participate in outpatient surgical procedures at our on-site surgical center
- Provide consultation and pre/post-operative care for patients
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and follow-up in a timely manner
- Flexibility with call schedules and patient scheduling to promote a balanced lifestyle
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery (Minimally Invasive and/or Colorectal experience preferred)
- Advanced laparoscopic and endoscopic surgical skills are highly preferred
- Desire to work with a diverse patient population
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced surgical practice setting
