Description:

Marketing Communication Specialist: Assist with translation projects and work directly with translation supplier Help manage projects with external documentation supplier and technical writers Work with internal Marketing Communications Specialist for backup on PLM system.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute communications strategy and tactics that align with wider strategies.
• Execute a multifaceted platform that will positively impact the business or corporate reputation.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of medical device or healthcare, industry and competitive landscape to provide effective counsel to management.
• Manage the development of Communication plans (annual and/or project) to support business growth.
• Oversee implementation of tactical program elements and ensure deliverables are on time.
• Schedule/facilitate cross-functional workshops to draft communications.
• Own deliverables to obtain approval of all communications from appropriate parties.
• Manage execution of internal and external communications.
• Keep various parties apprised of status, timelines and directional shifts to ensure smooth review process and to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, emphasis in public relations, communications or journalism preferred
3-5 years experience in a high-level Pharmaceutical business or communications environment preferred
