We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Training & Development Specialist who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and improving the lives of children with autism. Whether you are an experienced BCBA or newly certified, you will join a supportive team focused on ethical care, innovation, and continuous growth.

What Youll Do:

• Lead on-boarding for new RBTs, including 40-hour training, mock sessions, and competency support
• Develop and facilitate monthly clinical in-services and refresher trainings
• Track RBT and CPR renewals, CEU requirements, and training compliance
• Support clinical growth through fidelity checks, coaching, and training material creation
• Float into sessions when needed to support high-need clients or model interventions
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director, BCBAs, and the Operations team to align training goals with clinical quality

What You Bring:

• Active RBT certification (required)
• 2+ years of experience as an RBT with leadership or mentoring exposure
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with platforms like Rethink, TalentLMS, and Google Workspace
• Passion for teaching/coaching others and building confident-competent therapy teams
  

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, bend, and move freely for extended periods throughout therapy sessions.
• Must have adequate visual and hearing acuity to observe and assess client behavior, track data, and monitor environmental factors.
• Visual acuity to read and produce reports, spreadsheets, and electronic communications
• Ability to provide direct therapy support, including kneeling, sitting on the floor, or physical redirect of clients if necessary
• Ability to use a computer/tablet, write legibly, and manipulate therapy tools or data collection devices.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of home and community settings.
