We’re looking for an Inventory Lead ready to roll up their sleeves (pun absolutely intended) and take charge of our daily retail operations, with their boots on the ground.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct regular physical counts and audits to ensure database records match physical stock.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage reorders, and report discrepancies or low-stock situations.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of shipments—receiving, inspecting, labeling, and packing outgoing orders.
• Organize storage areas and collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to improve control procedures and reduce loss.
• Utilize inventory management software to maintain precise, real-time records and documentation.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift/move items weighing 25+ lbs.
• Operational Skills: Proficient in data entry and basic math for accurate inventory tracking.
• Strong ability to identify discrepancies and resolve inventory-related issues.
• Hands-on experience with stocking, labeling, and organizing storage areas efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 1+ year of experience in cannabis, retail, or customer service
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Passion for cannabis and knowledge of local product offerings and brands
• Dependable, punctual, and able to adapt to flexible scheduling — weekends and holidays included
