Recital Coordinator
Do you love organizing moving parts, creating order from sparkles, and helping big events come together beautifully?
We’re hiring a Recital Coordinator to help support the planning and logistics behind our annual dance recital and related production needs.
This is a great role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys event coordination and operations.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating costume distribution and exchanges
- Helping organize rehearsal and show day schedules
- Assisting with recital staffing and volunteer coordination
- Supporting backstage planning and production logistics
- Helping manage recital-related communication and checklists
- Collaborating with the Director to keep many moving pieces organized and on track
Details:
- 5–10 hours per week
- Fully remote
- $20–$25/hour , based on experience
- Flexible schedule
- Must have your own computer
Ideal candidate:
- Highly organized and dependable
- Strong communicator
- Comfortable managing details and timelines
- Experience with admin, operations, event planning, or production is a plus
- Dance or recital/event experience is a bonus, but not required
